So this is my first foray into the world of food and wine blogging. I am not a writer, but I do have a complete understanding of food and wine through my work and background, I guess stealing a line form a movie, I have a certain type of skill that will allow me to eat and drink then report to you with that information. It may include restaurant visits, winery visits and my extensive cooking for friends family and events.
